Looking for a way to post your flag on the front pin the 5th wheel?
I was looking online and found these run extremely high for metal. So after looking at their designs, I went out to the garage and fabricated one from pressures treated wood for our 5th wheel pin. As you can see from the pictures I was using a 1 pvc pipe for the flag pole. Our pin on the 5th wheel had a 2 inch width. so the pin area is 2 inches wide x 3 inches deep. Remove the carriage bolt, side the holder on, slide the carriage bolt back through the holes and tighten. The 2 funny top dowels are to keep it from twisting or hitting the RV. It worked great.
We sold the 5th wheel and now own a Class A so this is no longer needed.
So if you want to fly a flag, cheaply, I have the solution for sale for you.
