We did enclose the back of this camper to make this toy hauler, a living room. (It can be opened and turned back into a toy hauler if needed, there are two queen sized frames that could be installed) Instead of having a cheap made sofa, we made our kitchen space into a dining room, but you could install the sofa and table. In This camper was designed by us to feel like a home. This was our housing for almost a year before placing it for sale on Craigslist.

2 spacious slide-outs that open up the kitchen.
Fresh Water Capacity: 96 gallons (great for extended trips).
Holding Tanks: 40 gal gray / 40 gal black.
Axles: Dual axle setup for stable towing.
Living Area: Comfortable and spacious. We took this toy hauler and enclosed it to make this our living room. We also have a washer/dryer combo and it has ample storage.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with a 3-burner gas cooktop, oven, microwave, double-basin sink, refrigerator/freezer, and generous cabinet space. We have a spice basket and covers for the sink so that it looks like a counter when not using the sink.
Master Bedroom: Features a walk-around queen-size bed with overhead/wardrobe storage and a private
Bathroom: Spacious with a stand-up corner shower, toilet, and sink vanity.
Exterior/Mechanical: Equipped with a sturdy patio awning, front power leveling jacks, gas heating (34,000 BTU), and a high-efficiency AC unit to keep you comfortable in any climate.
