Construction Cleaners Needed – Venice to Bradenton Area
We are looking for dependable, hardworking construction cleaners to join our cleaning crew serving the Venice to Bradenton area.
Pay: $16–$20/hour depending on experience
Spanish speakers are welcome to apply!
Job Duties
Clean newly constructed and remodeled homes/buildings
Remove construction dust, debris, stickers, and residue
Clean floors, windows, cabinets, bathrooms, kitchens, and other surfaces
Perform detailed final cleaning before properties are turned over
Work safely and efficiently on construction sites
Work independently and as part of a team
Requirements
Construction cleaning or professional cleaning experience preferred
Reliable transportation to job sites
Dependable and punctual
Good attention to detail
Able to perform physical work, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Must be able to provide required employment eligibility documentation
Pay starts at $16/hour and goes up to $20/hour based on experience.
