Additional time is $30/hour with your approval. Packages are paid upfront; unused hours expire at month-end.

Hasta 20 horas de apoyo administrativo y gestión de cuentas de clientes.
UTILICE SUS HORAS PARA:
• Preparar y enviar cotizaciones según sus precios.
• Crear y enviar facturas.
• Llevar el control de cuentas por cobrar y dar seguimiento a pagos pendientes.
• Atender a sus clientes por correo electrónico y realizar llamadas telefónicas acordadas.
• Administrar cuentas de clientes.
• Organizar documentos y coordinar con su contador o profesional de contabilidad.
Atención en horario de tarde y noche.
Servicios de fax disponibles. Servicios notariales con tarifa adicional.
Los paquetes mensuales se pagan por adelantado. Las horas no utilizadas vencen al finalizar el mes.
Tiempo adicional: $30 por hora, con su autorización.
