- The Good: All electrical and plumbing systems are fully functional. Features ice-cold A/C that blows great. Canvas is up and functional.
- The Bad/Needs Work: There is a minor trickle leak somewhere that needs to be addressed. One side's foam mattress will need to be replaced due to this (the stained red mattress shown in the photos has already been discarded).
