WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Experience: Prior line-cook experience in a busy, fast-paced kitchen strongly preferred.
Line Awareness: You can prioritize tickets, anticipate what's coming next, and communicate with the team.
Speed + Consistency: You move with urgency without sacrificing quality or presentation.
Station Ownership: You come prepared, stay stocked, clean as you go, and leave your station ready for the next service.
Reliability + Teamwork: You show up ready to work, communicate when something comes up, and understand that a strong line works together.
Food Safety: Solid understanding of sanitation, temperature control, cross-contamination prevention, and proper food handling.
Availability: Nights and weekends
