Montana Ski Tuning & Boot Fitting specializes in service-based winter sports and is a seasonal business looking for Ski Boot Fitting Technicians to join our team for the upcoming winter season.
Our preferred candidates have experience with ski boot fitting and footbed construction and are genuinely interested in being part of the ski and snowboard industry. We are looking for individuals who enjoy working in a ski shop environment and take pride in providing quality service to our customers.
Position Details
-30–40 hours per week
-Schedule will generally fall between Wednesday–Monday
-Weekend availability is required
-Must be available to work holidays and extended shifts
-During peak season, shifts may extend until 8–9 PM
-Immediate start available

What We’re Looking For
-Ability to work 30–40 hours per week
-Availability Wednesday–Monday, including weekends
-Previous experience with ski boot fitting
-Experience constructing custom footbeds is preferred
-Strong time-management skills
-Positive and professional communication
-Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
-Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods
-Ability to take direction and work well as part of a team
-Genuine interest in skiing, snowboarding, and the ski industry
-Compensation & Benefits
-$20–$24 per hour, depending on experience
-Unlimited Bridger Bowl ski pass
