Property Inspector Needed – Light Clean & Unit Setup in Bozeman, MT

We are looking for a reliable contractor to complete a property arrival inspection and light cleaning for a furnished unit on July 29, 2026.
Tasks include:
• Perform a light clean of the unit (wipe surfaces, tidy, and ensure the property is guest-ready)
• Complete our Arrival Inspection Checklist (link will be provided)
• Record a curb-to-unit video and a full unit walkthrough video (please do not speak during the videos)
• Download and set up Tubi on all TVs
• Lock box set up
• Test and confirm all provided access items
Requirements:
• Smartphone with photo/video capability
• Reliable transportation
• Attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and submit reports promptly
• MUST BE AVAILABLE TO TAKE THE JOB ON JULY 29
Payment rate: $30 an hour (You will be paid same day)
NOTE: If you do not complete all of the objectives on this contracted task you will not receive payment. Payment is only upon completion.
