Back Country Cleaning is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our growing team! If you take pride in your work, enjoy staying active, and like seeing immediate results at the end of the day, we'd love to hear from you.
**What You'll Do:**
* Clean residential homes, apartments, and commercial properties
* Perform move-out and deep cleans
* Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize kitchens and bathrooms
* Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
**Schedule:**
* Monday–Friday
* Approximately 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
* No nights, weekends, or major holidays
**Pay:**
* Starting at **$20.00 per hour**
* Opportunities for raises based on performance and reliability
**Requirements:**
* Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
* Dependable, punctual, and honest
* Able to lift up to 30 pounds and be on your feet throughout the day
* Attention to detail and a positive attitude
* Cleaning experience is helpful but not required—we will train the right person.
