Compact pull-out sleeper loveseat in brown faux leather, with a memory foam mattress and a fold-out metal frame. The mattress is 48" x 67" and 3.5" thick, so it's good for one person or a cozy fit for two. It suits a small guest room, office, basement, or cabin.

Includes two stretch slipcovers, one green and one brown. They change the look of the couch and protect the leather.

CONDITION: the leather is peeling and cracking on the seat and back cushions, as the photos show, but the slipcovers hide it well. The frame and mattress are in good shape.

SIZE: 70" W x 36" D x 35" H closed. 90" long when opened into a bed. Please measure your space and doorways.

Smoke-free home. Pickup in Bozeman. You haul. It's heavy, so bring a helper.
