This is a paid, one-on-one apprenticeship offering hands-on education, mentorship, and real salon experience in a small, welcoming boutique environment.
Who We’re Looking For
* Hardworking, reliable, and takes initiative
* Eager to learn and receptive to coaching
* Professional, polished, and welcoming with clients
* Organized, detail-oriented, and a team player
* Currently in cosmetology school or licensed
What You’ll Do
* Work directly alongside the salon owner
* Assist with color services, shampooing, and daily appointments
* Learn techniques, formulation, and the why behind what we do
* Help maintain an elevated client experience and organized salon environment
Growth Opportunities
Our goal is to help you develop the skills and confidence to succeed behind the chair. For the right person, there is an opportunity to eventually transition into renting your own chair at Handpainted Hair Studio when you’re ready to take that next step.
