Application Requirements For Home Health Aides/CNAs
Nurse Registry-our contractors love us!
Position: HHA/CNA 1099 Independent Contractor for in home patient care referrals.
Work locations: Southern Palm Beach County
Must have the following:
• Background screening on the AHCA system (which includes fingerprinting)
• A valid FL Drivers license --NO learner's permit allowed
• Car-must be clean, reliable, and well maintained car
• Proof of Auto Insurance (if not in your name a note from the insured is required)
• Social Security Card-original only
• Proof that you can legally work in the U.S. (passport, PRC, work authorization, etc)
• Continuing education:
• A physical within the last 6 months done by an MD, ARNP, or PA (NO Chiropractors) stating "Free of Casually transmitted Communicable Diseases" and a TB screening/PPD/chest x-ray (we have a form available)
• CPR course certification-current
