Devo’s Tree and Stump Removal is looking to hire a full-time groundsman to join our tree crew.
Responsibilities include:
* Dragging and handling brush
* Running ropes and assisting climbers
* Operating a wood chipper and other equipment
* Job-site setup and cleanup
* Working around cranes, bucket trucks, loaders, and other tree equipment
Tree work experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. What matters most is that you show up every day, work hard, listen, and can work safely as part of a crew.
This is a physically demanding outdoor job. You need to be comfortable working outside in different weather conditions and keeping up with a fast-moving crew.
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
Experience with tree work, landscaping, construction, equipment operation, or other outdoor labor is a plus.
Pay is based on experience and ability.
We are based in Boylston, Massachusetts and work throughout the surrounding area.
