My bedroom is cleaned, vacumed and the sheets washed and left the way you found it before moving in.
The monthly rent is due on the 1st of every month as a $20.00 late fee will be charged daily.
No eating of any food allowed in the bedroom and will be eaten at the kitchen table, a bar stool, coffee table or a TV tray, water and soda's are okay in your room.
I definitely enjoy a good conversation and I have a flat screen in my living room and would like you to join me as I find that getting to know more about each other is a learning experience, especially while watching TV.
I will be conducting an online interview 1st and then a face to face in my home, where you will be meeting my closest friend, Marlene and then my animals, Nukka and Bootzie.
I have an armoire to place your TV on and you can stream but, all is quiet after 11pm and this is strictly enforced.
This bedroom and bathroom are to be clean at all times and since this is my home I may enter at any time but, I respect your privacy and when your door is closed I will knock, call or text you.
The reason why the bathroom is to stay clean is because I have Family and Friends that come over occasionally and use this bathroom.
I have high speed internet, a walk-in food pantry, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, gas stove, which also must stay clean and a washer and dryer that can also be used.
My door is always open as I have a Labradoodle, Nukka Doodle and a fluffy kitty, Bootzie Doodle and their antics are funny! Bootzie is totally indoors and races up and down the whole length of my house, front door to the back door getting his laps in and MUST stay indoors.
Our community pool is now open and I have a key card that you can use.
You will be responsible for taking the trash out from my kitchen trash can as my Labradoodle can and will get her paws on my countertops and make a mess, so please put your food away!
Then my trash bin needs to be at the curb on Thursday evening as I never know what time the trash trucks will show up in the morning.
Parking your vehicle will be on the street.
