NOW HIRING: EXPERIENCED FLOOR TECHNICIAN / CLEANING PROFESSIONAL
Golden Inc. is looking for an experienced Floor Technician to join our growing team. We are seeking someone who has hands-on experience with professional floor care and takes pride in delivering high-quality results.
This position is ideal for an experienced cleaner or Floor Tech who knows how to properly maintain, restore, and service different types of commercial flooring.
Responsibilities & Experience
Candidates should have experience with:
- Floor stripping and waxing
- Floor buffing and burnishing
- Auto-scrubbing
- Deep floor cleaning
- Applying floor finish/wax
- Removing old wax and buildup
- Using commercial floor machines
- Using buffers, burnishers, and auto scrubbers
- Properly mixing and using floor-care chemicals
- General commercial cleaning and floor maintenance
- Following job-site safety procedures
- Properly caring for equipment after each job
TRAVEL OPPORTUNITIES
We have multiple floor-care projects throughout the DMV and Tri-State areas, with additional opportunities becoming available as we continue to grow.
Paid travel is included for qualifying assignments.
Applicants must be comfortable traveling to different job sites when needed. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for consistent floor-care work and the opportunity to take on multiple projects in different locations.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for someone who is:
Experienced, dependable, professional, punctual, hardworking, and knowledgeable about commercial floor care.
You must have previous floor technician experience. We are specifically looking for someone who can confidently perform stripping, waxing, buffing, scrubbing, and other professional floor-care services without needing basic training.
There are plenty of opportunities available, including multiple floors and facilities throughout the DMV and Tri-State areas.
