Looking for a reliable, local person (or two — happy to have the same person do both) to help with light property upkeep at a house on Leafygreen Street in Carrollton, OH 44615.

TRASH SERVICE (weekly) — $25/week
Wheel the trash bin from the house down to the curb on pickup day (it's about a 500 ft walk down the driveway/path, per the aerial photo — not a quick roll to the street, so factor that in), and bring the empty bin back up after pickup. Same day every week, weather permitting.

LAWN CARE (bi-weekly)
Mowing, trimming, and general yard upkeep every two weeks. Send your rate per visit when you reach out, along with what's included (mowing only vs. mowing + trimming/edging, bagging vs. mulching, etc.). We will be happy to provide any information needed for a quote.
