Need a small repair done but don't want to call an expensive contractor?
I offer reliable, reasonably priced handyman services for all those home projects and repairs that are too small for most contractors.

ELECTRICAL
Light fixture installation/replacement
Switch and outlet replacement
Ceiling fans
Basic electrical troubleshooting
Other small electrical projects
GENERAL HOME REPAIRS
Painting and touch-ups
Caulking and weatherproofing
Shelves, curtain rods, hardware, etc.
Furniture and equipment assembly
Small demolition projects
Odd jobs and general repairs
OUTDOOR PROJECTS

Small decks and structures

RATE: $50/hour
2-hour minimum. Materials are additional.
For larger projects, I can provide a quote after taking a look at the job.
