I am a carer for a senior on hospice, who needs an apartment for her last days. Her apartment has sold to new owners and she needs relocating within the month. She has housing assistance available.
She just needs a quiet and comfortable place to go. Mother in law cottage or apartment with washer/dryer hookups and reliable AC.
Prefer month to month, private owner preferred, not corporate overlords maximizing their profit margins. Praying for a miracle here.
