For sale, Born on 4/20/1915, this is an Antique Singer sewing machine. It is a #66 Red Eye, Serial #G4009522. The machine is in excellent condition. It was lightly used and shows very little signs wear. It has been tested and is in proper working order. It has been inspected, cleaned and oiled. It was a treadle machine that also has the abiilty to have a motor mounted to it. It comes with a new tire and new needle. All of my sewing machines go through the following procedures. At about 100 plus years old, this makes them work much better and worth more. This is why my prices are a little bit higher, but you are getting what you pay for! Most people do NONE of the following to them before selling their machines! Most of the metal parts are very carefully removed and wire wheeled. This takes 3-4 hours. Most of the moving parts are disassembled, thoroughly Degummed and properly cleaned including the many parts of the bobbin winder. All moving parts get reassembled, oiled, adjusted and tested. Where needed, a new tire and belt are installed. Even the underside of the machine gets the same treatment. All parts get further cleaned with 91% Isopropyl Alcohol. The bobbin area gets totally cleaned and ALL lint and thread pieces are removed. Where needed, some areas get touch up paint. On some machines, I leave some of the patina on, so it is your choice if you like it that way or finish cleaning it off yourself. So please take this into account when considering buying one of my machines. It is missing the front plate. TY.
Everything has been tested and is proper working condition to the best of my knowledge. Every thing in the pictures are the only things that are included. All the items that I sell are cleaned and sanitized with 91% Isopropyl Alcohol for your safety!
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO RETURNS, SOLD AS-IS With No Warranty. CASH ONLY. If this ad is up, it is still available. TY.
