We are seeking an entry/mid-level, detail-oriented shop manufacturer to work at our custom cabinet business. This role is hands-on and requires operating shop machinery, and assembling high-quality wood components.
Key Responsibilities
• Read and interpret shop drawings and project specifications.
• Accurately measure, cut, shape, and join hardwoods, Plywoods, and composite materials.
• Safely operate woodshop machinery (table saws, edge banders, routers, sanders, etc.)
• Assemble cabinet boxes, face frames, doors, and drawers with precision.
• Inspect finished components for quality, squareness, and alignment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment.
• Reliable work ethic and ability to work well independently or with a small team.
Please note that our shop is in Bridgewater right now, but we are relocating to Branchburg (by Shoprite) within the next month.
