Key Skills to Request: Basic mechanical aptitude, ability to read a tape measure accurately, familiarity with wood/composite sheet goods (MDF, plywood), and basic computer literacy. (No heavy G-code programming required).
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented entry-level/mid-level CNC Operator to join our custom cabinet manufacturing team. You will be responsible for loading sheet goods, running pre-nested programs on our CNC router, labeling parts, and sorting components for assembly. Training provided for the right candidate with a strong work ethic and basic tool/measuring skills.
Requirements:
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Accurate reading of tape measures and blueprints/shop drawings.
• Ability to lift 25-50+ lbs consistently.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn custom woodworking processes.
