II need a drywall repair in my 1976 McStain (builder) SW Boulder townhome garage. The picture shows the current state. My neighbor accidentally caused a bike to drag against and rip the wall from her garage; my garage, the middle of 3, has the drywall. They offered to do a repair themselves but that's not working out. The picture shows a 48x24" patch piece, but they further ripped the wall above it, as shown, so a new piece of aprx 48 x 28-29" needs to be cut fitted and installed. I will repaint. I painted only halfway into the garage so that accounts for the green-brown color change on the wall.

If need be I can obtain the drywall from Home Depot. You supply and do all the rest, labor and materials to: cut/fit, attach, tape, and mud. I will repaint.
