The suite includes a waiting area, front desk station you may use, sink, water dispenser, storage, and elevator access. It's a calm, professional environment shared with acupuncturists and an esthetician.
Smaller rooms (11.5 x 9 ft) - two available
One room is available full-time. This room has windows that open and is flexible, can be set up as a therapy office, a standard office, or a treatment room for acupuncturists, chiropractors, PTs, massage therapists, and similar practitioners.
The room same size is available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday. It's set up with a treatment table, so it's best suited for acupuncturists, massage therapists, and similar practitioners.

Per weekday: $175/month
Saturday: $110
Sunday: $90
Bigger room (11.5 x 10.5 ft) - one available
Available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday. Has windows that open. It's set up with a treatment table, so it's best suited for acupuncturists, massage therapists, and similar practitioners.

Saturday: $130
Sunday: $110
Renting most or all available days in a room (or 2 rooms multiple days) qualifies for a discount off the total, happy to discuss based on your schedule needs.
As I return part-time from maternity leave around March 2027, I'll need to retain two half-days a week for my own practice. I'm flexible on which days and which rooms this applies to, so we can work that out together once I know your schedule needs.
All pricing includes utilities, high-speed WiFi, shared waiting area, front desk space, and storage.
The suite is located at the southeast corner of Arapahoe and Foothills, directly across from Boulder Community Hospital. Patients love the central location and easy free parking.
