Flexible availability in January including for the Sundance film festival. The house is loaded with artwork, has an awesome kitchen, conference/meeting room with a round 10-person cherry table, dining and living rooms, one small and 2nd large desk, and a 1/3 acre flat south-facing yard. There's also a large finished lower-level flex/lounge area with private full bathroom and TV. It's on a quiet street, 5 off-street parking spaces and unlimited street parking. Hi-speed internet, radiant hydronic heat via baseboard radiators. Each bedroom has a queen bed, the primary upstairs bedroom is large with its own sitting area and bonus room, and an in-suite bathroom. There's also a comfortable 3.5" thick fold-out twin mattress. I expect most interest will be Jan 11-Feb 1 but reach out and tell me what your group needs. I plan/hope to return and attend some screenings during a several day stretch when it's not rented, probably 1/27-29. Not guaranteed but there may be an all-wheel drive vehicle available for the renter(s) to have a 2nd mode of transport. Note - this home is registered with the City of Boulder as legal and conforming short-term rental housing. Many more photos to come (I'm putting up some film-oriented prints) ...
