We are hiring experienced **SMT Operators** to join a growing electronics manufacturing team. This is a hands-on position working with SMT equipment to build and inspect printed circuit boards in a clean, quality-focused manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Do:
* Set up and operate SMT equipment, including screen printers, pick-and-place machines, and reflow ovens
* Load feeders and verify components and part numbers
* Follow ESD and MSD handling procedures
* Perform screen printing and select proper stencil screens
* Inspect and clean completed boards
* Follow process sheets, work instructions, and quality standards
* Perform basic preventative maintenance on SMT equipment
* Maintain IPC-A-610 and internal quality standards
What We’re Looking For:
* 6–12 months of previous SMT experience required
* Soldering experience
* Familiarity with SMT line equipment
* Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
* Ability to follow detailed work instructions and part lists
* IPC certification is a plus
* High school diploma or GED preferred
Schedule & Pay:
*1st Shift:** Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
*2nd Shift:** Monday–Thursday, 3:45 PM–2:15 AM
*Pay:$22.00–$24.00/hour
Employment Requirements
This position is located within an ITAR-regulated facility. Candidates must meet applicable ITAR eligibility requirements.
A pre-employment background check and drug screen are required.
