If you look closely at the pictures you’ll see it’s in great condition with the exception of some rust on a couple of the mud guard stays and maybe a few other spots.
The wheels are 26 inches.
My wife who is 5’6” can ride it comfortably, but I think it could suit someone probably down to 5 ft tall
