The home features a living room, fireplace, kitchen, In unit laundry, and south facing patio. It comes with a one car detached garage for bikes/gear/storage and is a short walk to Howard Heuston Park. There is plenty of street parking on dead end street and visitor parking spaces available as first come first serve within condo grounds.
You would be sharing the condo with Amey Bonde (can meet him during showing). Amey likes to bike/run and keeps shared spaces clean and is friendly. He travels home a large part of the winter (Nov-Feb) so you will have the condo to yourself for a duration of the time.
