I have a set of 4 locking cores from a generic company. They look about the dimensions of thule (maybe kuat) cores They have the shape of Rocky mountz. Not sure if they will fit but you are welcome to try them out. $30 for the 4

I also have two Thule OEM locking cores with two keys. Key code n166. Also $30 for the pair
