Lead Carpenter position available for a small but busy GC.
We have over $1M in signed contracts for the summer and I'm looking for a lead carpenter with the following:
- Own Transport/ Basic Tools
- Able to run a small team/ operate alone
- Able to read structural and architectural plans and build accurately off them.
- Flexible and understands that things often can change day to day.
- Able to help junior people under them learn
- 8-4 on Weekdays, weekends/OT available but not mandatory
- Positive attitude and team player
This is a 1099 position.
Compensation based on experience.
