Rent includes a waiting area, all electricity, Hot and cold water, and plenty of parking.
If rented by November 1st, Full time rent is reduced through the end of the Year to $575, then January 1st, it will be $650.
Part time will also be reduced to $125 each weekday through the end of the year, Then, $150 per weekday rented.
Security deposit is one month's rent.
