🏡 TRADITIONAL BOARD & TRAIN
Imagine welcoming one carefully matched dog into your home and spending your week helping that dog become calmer, more responsive, confident, and beautifully connected to their family.
That is essentially what our home-based Board & Train program is designed to be.
This is not kennel work.
The dog lives with you temporarily in your private home while receiving:
🐾 Positive-reinforcement training
🐾 Walks and exercise
🐾 Enrichment and play
🐾 Household structure
🐾 Individual attention
🐾 Real-world manners
🐾 Affection and exceptional care
COMPENSATION
💰 $100 per day, per dog
One dog:
Up to $700 per week
Qualified trainers who are comfortable hosting two appropriately matched dogs:
Up to $1,400 per week
You are never required to accept a dog that does not feel appropriate for your home, experience, lifestyle, family, or existing pets.

🏠 REVERSE BOARD & TRAIN
Love the idea of immersive training but don’t want to bring dogs into your own home?
Our Reverse Board & Train program may be perfect for you.
You stay in the client’s home while they travel and provide their dog with individualized training, walks, enrichment, companionship, structure, and exceptional care.
COMPENSATION
💰 $130–$175 per day
Typical starting assignments:
$130–$150 per day
Advanced behavior-modification or multiple-dog assignments may pay:
Up to $175 per day
