Sturdy but well-loved solid wood storage unit. Could be delightful with a refinish. Fits most standard folding cloth-cube organizers. No need to call/text, just come haul it away.

We live just off Airport Road in the Vista Village mobile home park. Our mailing address is 5000 Butte St. Lot 116, 80301, but GPS doesn’t always get the physical directions right. Technically we live on Loveland Drive, a one-way street that isn’t well-marked.

Take a left into the park from Airport Road. You should see a grassy field with a big white map just ahead of you. If you DON’T see that, it means you went in the north entrance of the park and you need to go back to the south entrance.
Take your first right onto Berthoud and your first left onto Milner, so you're keeping the field on your left and going around it.
Just past the mailboxes on your left, take the first right onto Loveland.
Go all the way down to the end of the street. #116 is the light blue house second from the end on the left side.
