Everything you need to furnish a small home or rental, pulled from a small mountain house that earned a 4.96-star rating as a short-term rental. This isn’t generic, kind-of-crappy Airbnb stuff. It was chosen to be unique, of good quality, and to work well in a small space.

It’s ideal for setting up a new rental, or for anyone new to the area who wants to skip a dozen trips to Target and IKEA.

Kitchen and dining
-Dishes, bowls, cups, glasses, silverware
-Pots and pans, with lids
-Wine glasses, fancy plates, place settings, coffee mugs
-Kitchen knives, steak knives, pizza cutter, wine opener, etc.
-Baking sheet, mixing bowls, Pyrex baking dishes, trivets, measuring cups and spoons
-Dish drying rack, kitchen towels, silverware holders
-Coffee and tea: electric kettle, pour-over, French press, drip coffee maker, teapot
-Spice rack and pantry staples

Bedroom and bath
-Queen Purple mattress (original model). Good condition, still very comfortable, and great for hot sleepers
-Bedding (clean, great condition), bed pillows, throw pillows
-Towels, hand towels, washcloths
-Hair dryer

Comfort and electronics
-Harman Kardon Onyx Studio 2 Bluetooth speaker (amazing sound from this one)
-Air filter (Wirecutter-recommended)
-Humidifier
-Small house fans

Furniture and household
-Ashley Furniture Absalom pouf (about $120 retail)
-Trash and recycling bins, hangers, cleaning supplies
-First aid kit, scissors, lint roller, pens
-A few interesting vases, coasters, board games

$500 OBO for everything. I’d prefer to sell it as one package if possible.
