Six month lease, renewable month to month. The entire townhouse is for rent. Smoking outside only, small dogs and cats allowed. Parking in the garage and on the street. Tenants pay a move out cleaning fee that comes out of the deposit. Balance of deposit will be returned assuming there is no damage beyond normal wear and tear. Tenants are asked to let landlord know of any needed repairs or maintenance within 24 hours of experiencing or observing maintenance/repair needs. No subtenants beyond the originally vetted tenants whose name(s) are on the lease are allowed to rent unless they apply and are vetted and found suitable to lease. If tenants change during the lease agreement time period, new tenants must apply and supply references who will be called. Any new tenants are subject to vetting by the landlord. Deposit is $1000 and is due within 7 days after the offer to rent. Receipt of the deposit will secure the unit for tenant.
