Marbletop is in excellent condition. The whole piece is very sturdy with minimal wear. Can also be used as buffet ? or dresser ?? Or console table?

It is atleast 25 years old. We are the second owner and we bought it from a lady in Seattle 9 years ago. She was downsizing and moving to senior care, she said she bought it in the 90s.
