Need Skilled Handy Man for a day 50 /Hr Cash (North Bothell)

I need a day's help from a handyman that can do some basic skilled things around the house and yard.
1) Help me install a new garage door opener There's an existing opener to be replaced. I found a fit form function replacement.
2) Replace front water spigot that froze last winter.
3) Replace a house exterior outlet with cover.
4) Replace 8 foot 4 by 4 post at the end corner of the back yard fence.
5) Help me finish some luxury plank flooring in a small laundry room.
I'm a jack of all trades, been a GC in the past. I can pay 50 bucks cash per hour. I already picked up all the parts, materials needed for the projects.
Property located in N Bothell, north of Canyon Creek about a mile off of 527 Bothell Everett Hiway. I have tools but you need to have your own tools.
