Hi, I’m a 34-year-old guy and my roommate is moving out. I pick up around the apartment about once a week but I don’t really vacuum or clean the bathroom. I make a strong effort to avoid dishes being in the sink more than 24 hours, but I do get overwhelmed sometimes.
I use the common areas regularly for relaxing (I’m a console gamer), but if it becomes an issue please let me know and I can retreat to my room so you can have some personal time on the couch. I work a retail schedule with shifts usually 8am-5pm or noon-9pm. I’m a night owl. Usually I’m away from home in the evenings on my days off, chilling with friends.
I can be sensitive to noise sometimes, but I’m aware of that so I try to be as tolerant as possible. If you listen to music, please be the type of person who uses headphones.
Bothell is a nicely developed area with some good restaurants and beautiful hiking trails just across the street. You can walk along the river and watch the ducks and stuff. Great place to live especially during the Summer.
Shared bathroom. There’s some coin-operated laundry machines. Front-load washers; they clean better.
Cat only, no dogs. $300 pet fee.
Rent is $950 per month. High-speed internet included. Utilities vary but average $70/month.
