We are a self-performing construction company, handling most phases of our projects in-house- from site work to final finishes. Our team works across the construction process, including excavation, concrete, framing, exterior work, interior finishes, and final installation.
This position is ideal for a well-rounded carpenter who enjoys variety, understands how each phase comes together, and wants to take ownership of projects from beginning to end.
Technical ability is important, but this position is equally about culture fit. We're looking for someone who communicates well, treats clients and coworkers with aspects, solves problems calmly, and takes responsibility for their work. We want someone who genuinely cares about the finished product- not someone who is simply trying to get through the day.
Responsibilities
- Lead residential remodeling and construction project in the field.
- Perform high-quality framing, finishes carpentry, installations, and general construction work
- Participate in multiple phases of construction, form site preparation through final finishes.
- Read plans and understand project scope.
- Coordinate daily work with employees, sub contractors, and management.
- Maintain quality control throughout every phase of construction.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and project partners
- Keep job sites organized, clean, and safe.
- Identify problems early and help develop practical solutions.
- Train and support less-experiences carpenters.
What We're Looking For
-Strong residential removing and carpentry experience
- Broad knowledge of the construction process
- Demonstrates the ability to lead projects and small crews
- Clear and respectful communication
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Comfortable taking responsibility and being held accountable
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportiaons
- Own basic hand tools
- Ability to work safely and professionally in occupied homes.
