Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. In this role, you will assist with lawn care, garden maintenance, and outdoor property upkeep. We offer a flexible schedule to accommodate steady work hours while balancing your personal needs.
Key Responsibilities
Operate standard lawn and garden equipment, such as mowers, string trimmers, leaf blowers, and hedge trimmers.
Perform seasonal maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, weeding, mulching, pruning, and leaf cleanup.
Assist with outdoor installations, such as planting trees, shrubs, and flowers, or placing soil, sod, and mulch.
Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized by picking up debris and properly storing tools.
Communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors regarding daily assignments.
Requirements & Qualifications
Language: Must be able to speak English to safely follow job site instructions and communicate with the crew.
Physical Ability: Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctual, and dependable.
Experience: Prior landscaping or groundskeeping experience is preferred, but entry-level applicants with a great attitude are encouraged to apply. Some experience working on a construction site or outdoors needed.
Driver’s License: A valid driver's license and clean driving record are preferred (drivers may qualify for upper end of pay scale, possibly more).
