Ibanez GIO 7-String Electric Guitar - Dual Seymour Duncan Upgrades - $325 (Bothell)
QR Code Link to This Post
**Pickup upgrades:**
- **Bridge:** Seymour Duncan Nazgûl 7-String Humbucker
- **Neck:** Seymour Duncan Invader 7-String Humbucker
Both pickups are technically **bridge-model pickups**, with the Invader intentionally installed in the neck position. This gives the guitar a unique, aggressive pickup configuration with plenty of output.
**Additional upgrades and features:**
- Gold-colored bridge saddles, pickup screws, control knobs, and switch tip
- Carefully adjusted intonation for accurate tuning across the fretboard
- Gloss black finish with contrasting gold accents
- Fixed bridge and 7-string configuration
- Includes padded CAHAYA gig bag
This started as an affordable Ibanez GIO, but the pickup and hardware upgrades make it a distinctive, great-sounding instrument, particularly suited for metal and heavier styles.
Normal cosmetic wear from use. See photos for details.
**Asking $325 OBO, including gig bag.**
