EXPERIENCED CEMENT MASON – CONCRETE OVERLAY SPECIALIST
Starting Pay: $40+/Hour – Based on Experience
Olsen Restoration Services and Concrete LLC is looking for an experienced cement mason with strong concrete overlay experience to join our crew.
We are specifically looking for someone who knows how to properly install and finish concrete overlays on driveways, patios, walkways, stairs, and other concrete surfaces.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience installing concrete overlays
* Experienced cement mason/finisher
* Able to run and manage jobs from start to completion
* Able to read and understand blueprints and plans
* Strong knowledge of surface preparation and concrete repair
* Experience with grinding and preparing existing concrete
* Able to perform crack and patch repairs
* Knowledge of bonding systems and overlay applications
* Able to match existing concrete colors and finishes
* Experience with concrete stains, integral colors, pigments, and sealers
* Able to broom, hard-trowel, float, edge, and perform other standard cement mason finishes
* Able to form and pour concrete when required
* Able to work independently and lead other workers
* Must maintain a professional attitude on residential and commercial job sites
* Must have reliable transportation and be dependable
Pay starts at $40 per hour for qualified, experienced cement masons. Higher pay may be considered depending on experience and ability to independently run jobs.
This is an employee position. We are NOT looking for 1099 independent contractors or subcontractors.
Work is primarily throughout King County and Snohomish County, Washington.
