Everything you need to rack it and run it. Double-conversion online UPS with a brand new genuine APC RBC140 battery (still in the box, not third party), rail kit, network management card and front faceplate. Tested and working. I have several units available. Ask if you need more than one. Also, 2200VA SRT and SURTA are available as well.

MSRP: $8,125 (list up to $9,295 at some resellers). Price is firm but I will consider reasonable offers when purchasing multiple units.
