2016 Coachmen Clipper (Forest River) Model 12RBST.

Very good condition. Owned since 2021. New deep cycle marine battery. Connector cable for campsites with power.

Heat pump (A/C & Heat), 3-way refer, hot water, propane furnace, outside shower, dual propane tanks, 4 corner jack pads.

Very good amount of, and access to, storage. Rear bed and front dinette/bed configuration. Powered roof vent.

Stereo/CD/DVD combo. Internal/external speakers. Sony color TV.

Exterior propane hookup, small side mount shelf and small grill. Factory wired external jack to accept solar panels/controller (I have never used).
Can call four txx five three 8 one zero four one nine for more info if needed.

All original trailer & appliance info/manuals.
