My loss your gain if you are a Festiva nut you came to the right place.
I bent my daily driver & have no time or desire to repair it.
Mechanic owned for last 10 years. Runs & drove well before the incident.
During my ownership I did make the effort to update various things including:
*Brand NEW Rubber* (tires arrived 1 day after event. $400 right there)
Wheel stud conversion
Tinted glass
New seals
Aspire head incl. hydraulic roller cam
Aspire spindles & brakes incl. larger brake booster.
Aspire complete rear beam w/swaybar
Aspire bucket seats
SuperPro urethane bushings
Coil-overs + springs with new "bearing" strut mounts
Miata 14" hollow (spokes powder coated black)
Tachometer cluster
GL Shift console
Rear hatch spoiler
Early "Smoothie" R. lenses
Upgraded dual tone horn
Fog /driving lights
OE Hatch cover
Bluetooth head +amp
Still OE fuel injected. It is a GL trim so already had R. wiper & heated glass, power mirrors
The annoying power auto belts I disabled & replaced with standard retractable belts
I also have a cache of spare parts that go with it including a set of Honda 13" mesh wheels for snows, door, head, fenders, clutch, a 2nd 5-speed I was in processes of rebuilding & misc hard parts in bins. if you sell the spares you may seriously offset its cost.
R. front LCA mount on bottom of the chassis is pranged. Can it be fixed ? Yes, but Im not doing it.
Strip this chassis & build yours or spend a WE with a tree & a come-a-long to to fix this one since there is no external damage to the car.
$1700 must take it all ~ No I wont part it, dont bother asking .. but if you have a interesting trade ?
