1991 Ford Explorer XLT 4X4
Rare 1991 Ford Explorer XLT Manual 5 speed Transmission (Most were made with Automatics) First Model year.
Great condition with only 94,000 original miles I bought it 15 years ago and am the third owner. Paint and body in great shape (original paint) Just needs some clear coat touch up in a few places to make it like new. oils changed within the last 100 miles including transmission and rear and 4wd transfer case. New rear transfer case cover. New Radiator as well and coolant as well as thermostat. Brand new tires (2 years old) ($800)Brand new U Haul installed tow-bar and receiver ($600) Runs great. Front driver door is taken apart to install a new automatic door lock, and the window motors works fine. (I have all the parts)Right rear window just failed the other day, I think it fell off its track. I have temporarily taped it in place until fixed. Driver door needs to be adjusted so it is flush. I paid a useless mobile mechanic to replace the pin but he did not know what he was doing New lift gate window insulation installed to prevent water leaks.
I am moving in a week and have to sell. I have all the pieces to make it perfect but not the time.
I was going to drive it to Florida with a trailer of my stuff but we have changed plans so the Explorer must go.
