Bootstrapped Founder Needs Couch Until Sept 1 (Manhattan)

I'm a 40something year old woman who is returning to the USA from Colombia next weekend and I'm having trouble finding a place to stay that provides easy access to a coworking space as I need fast internet. I have a friend out in the burbs but doing that commute every day would eat up precious time and money I need to put into my launch scheduled for September 1.
In exchange, I can provide child care, cleaning, pet sitting (cats or small dogs only) and if you have a business yourself expert marketing services as I have more than a decade of experience and have worked major companies.
Must live within reasonable commuting distance of Midtown.
No single men, unless you work in tech, in which case we could have a whole other conversation but yes, an NDA would need to be signed.
Christian and/or female households strongly preferred for obvious reasons.
No scams. No weirdos. No sexual ANYTHING. Violators will be reported to Craigslist.
