Selling my 2015 Forest River Flagstaff Micro Lite travel trailer, located in Deep Gap, NC, near Boone. Title in hand. Financing may be available for up to two years.
It needs a new roof (had a small leak but replacement was appropriate), a new awning, and cleaning and polishing. I purchased thousands of dollars in premium parts and supplies to complete the work, but never found the time. Those materials are included in the $15,000 asking price.
Included:
• New oversized roof membrane
• Roof adhesive and installation supplies
• New upgraded roof vents with fans
• New passive vents
• New aluminum trim
• Additional parts and supplies for the work
I bought new replacement trim and components so you won’t have to spend hours cleaning old pieces just to reuse them.
The original single battery has also been replaced with two higher-capacity batteries.
For someone with the skills and time to tackle the repairs, this could be a rewarding project—finish it for your own travels or explore its potential for resale. I believe a few focused days of work could make a tremendous difference.
Sold as-is, with the repair materials included. Buyers are welcome to inspect the trailer and supplies to assess the work needed.
Asking $15,000. Financing may be available for up to two years; terms to be discussed.
