We are seeking an experienced Pool Construction Sales & Project Manager to oversee swimming pool projects from sale to completion.
Responsibilities:
Meet with homeowners and generate new sales opportunities
Prepare estimates, proposals, and contracts
Manage pool construction projects, schedules, and subcontractors
Conduct site visits and ensure quality workmanship
Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the project
Deliver projects on time and within budget
Qualifications:
Sales and construction management experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of swimming pool construction preferred
Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
Valid driver's license
