Jersey cows (Bomoseen)

Coffee (cow on the left) is a 5 year old Jersey. I just weaned her 6 month old calf and dried her off. I hand milked her for a few weeks before I decided calf sharing wasn’t for us and just let the calf have it. Great cow! She was said to have been with a bull right before I got her but she recently came into heat (10/18) and bred with an angus bull (pictured).
Maple (cow on the right) came with Coffee as a packaged deal. 4 year old cow. She was dried off when I got them (July) and had been with an angus bull. Has not come into heat since I’ve had her. Looking at a February calf.
