Our client, a leading logistics and warehousing organization, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the Logistics Department supporting operational efficiency and team success. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

We are looking for a long-term team member who is interested in growing with the company. This position offers excellent long-term potential and may lead to a Team Lead opportunity for the right candidate based on performance, attendance, and leadership capabilities.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Georgetown, ON

Pay Rate: $19.75 per hour 

Shift: 2:30 pm to 11:00pm Monday to Friday 

What's the Job?

• Perform a variety of warehouse tasks including picking, repacking, and shipping
• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks 
• Assist with stock replenishment and inventory cycle counting
• Support general maintenance of warehouse facilities 
• Ensure safety standards and procedures are followed at all times

What's Needed?

• Verbal and written communication skills
• Leadership skills/experience  
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds
• Team-oriented mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a busy, noisy environment
